Burnt Store Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and is located in Charlotte Harbor. Burnt Store Marina is the largest private full service marina in southwest Florida and offers a 525 slip deep water marina, dry boat storage, ship's store and boutique, Porto Bello's waterfront restaurant and lounge, 27 hole golf course and clubhouse, Platinum Point Yacht Club and Athletic Fitness Club with lighted tennis courts.

All types of boat charters are available for fishing, sailing, sunset cruises and sight seeing. Some of the world's best tarpon fishing is done from boat charters out of Burnt Store Marina.

• Annual:	$12.50 per ft./per month

Cradle Storage: (20' Minimum)
• Annual	$12.50 per ft./per month

*Live Aboard: $120.00 per month**
For up to 2 persons, $25 additional per person *Defined as a vessel inhabited by person or persons for any 10 consecutive days or 10 days within any consecutive 30 day period.
